Brief description Of element Use: She manipulates and controls steam and fog either on her own, or with the help of her baton's fan like extensions. In offense, she uses the fog to force her opponent back in a physical, though not forceful, manner. In defense, she can create a cover or force steam up under her baton's fans to pull her into the air as quick escape.
Weapon: Webbed Baton
